Ford BlueCruise Subscription Pricing
Ford BlueCruise monthly and annual pricing has been reduced and simplified.
As of October 1, 2024, Ford BlueCruise costs $49.99 per month or $495 per year. This is a decrease from the previous prices of $75 per month and $800 per year.
BlueCruise comes with a 90-day complimentary trial. After the trial, you can choose to purchase a subscription plan. You can also purchase BlueCruise as a one-time option for $2,495.
Ford BlueCruise is a hands-free highway driving experience currently available on select Ford vehicles: Mustang Mach-E, F-150, F-150 Lightning, Expedition, and Explorer.

Ford BlueCruise Subscriptions
Ford recently lowered the BlueCruise annual and monthly plan pricing for all U.S. customers with Ford BlueCruise-equipped vehicles and simplifying how new vehicle owners access hands-free highway driving, while continuing to offer flexible options.
BlueCruise will now be even simpler to activate on Ford vehicles with both a one-year plan and one-time purchase option.
The one-year plan will either be included standard or as an option based on the vehicle line and trim. Ford customers can choose to upgrade to a one-time purchase and won’t need to activate BlueCruise again on their vehicle.
In addition, Ford will continue to offer a 90-day complimentary trial to customers who do not select a one-year plan, if it is not included standard, or the one-time purchase at vehicle order.
Customers will be able to experience hands-free highway driving for 90 days and then have the flexibility to activate annually or monthly at the end of the trial based on their needs.
For example, a customer could activate the service for one month for a road trip and not activate it again for another year, or could choose to activate it only during the holiday travel season.
For 2025 model year vehicles, the one-year plan will either be included standard or as an option at vehicle order for $495, based on the vehicle line and trim.
Starting on select 2025 model year vehicle lines, the one-time purchase will be available at vehicle order for $2,495 MSRP.
At the dealership, customers who purchase a new 2024 or 2025 BlueCruise-equipped vehicle will be eligible to upgrade to the one-time purchase if they choose.
If eligible, the one-year plan and one-time purchase can also be rolled into the financing as part of the new vehicle purchase.
The new pricing plan for all Ford owners with BlueCruise-equipped vehicles is $495 annually and $49.99 monthly, effective October 1, 2024. BlueCruise customers with annual and monthly plans will see the price drop reflected on their next payment.
BlueCruise FAQs
At vehicle purchase, customers have the option to buy a 1-year plan for $495 or a One-Time Purchase for $2,495. At the end of the initial complimentary trial or included plan duration, customers can choose to purchase a monthly subscription for $49.99 or an annual subscription for $495.
For 2024 model year vehicles configured with a 3-year option, and 2025 model year Explorers ordered before September 30th, 2024, incentives are available to reflect the latest pricing – discuss with your local dealer.

The BlueCruise One-Time Purchase option enables customers to make a single upfront payment for a minimum of 7 years of BlueCruise service, with no additional payments required to maintain access. If BlueCruise is technically available beyond 7 years, no additional cost will be required.
Please note that BlueCruise is tied to your vehicle’s VIN and cannot be transferred to another VIN. If you sell your Ford, the new owner will benefit from the BlueCruise service as well.
BlueCruise 1.0 – Builds on available Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane Centering to add hands-free driving capabilities on prequalified sections of divided highways called hands-free Blue Zones.
BlueCruise 1.2 – Adds new features including In-Lane Repositioning (which can give you more space by subtly shifting away from vehicles in adjacent lanes) and Lane Change Assist (tapping your turn signal to initiate a hands-free lane change).
BlueCruise 1.3 – Helps you stay engaged longer in hands-free mode by improving performance, with greater ability to navigate narrow lanes and curves.
BlueCruise 1.4 – Delivers greater in-lane stability, while automatically and smoothly adjusting the vehicle’s speed in even more curves, allowing for more hands-free time and a more continuous drive.
BlueCruise 1.5 – Adds new Automatic Lane Change feature, which enhances the hands-free highway driving experience by smoothly and seamlessly initiating an automatic lane change to help keep you moving at the speed of traffic.
Ford Co-Pilot360 Technology is a suite of available Advanced Driver Assistance Features to help keep you in command of your vehicle. BlueCruise builds on these technologies to provide hands-free highway driving capability.
